Founded in 2014, International Auto Logistics (IAL) delivers trusted transportation, logistics, and vehicle management solutions to government and commercial customers worldwide. Guided by a commitment to mission success, integrity always, and customer commitment, we specialize in managing complex logistics programs where reliability, accountability, and performance are essential.
As the provider of vehicle shipping and storage services under the Global Privately Owned Vehicle Contract V (GPC V), IAL supports U.S. Service Members, Department of State personnel, and Department of War employees around the world. Through a global network of Vehicle Processing Centers and storage facilities, we transport more than 70,000 vehicles annually and provide secure, dependable solutions that help our customers achieve their mission with confidence.

Roy L. Mohr, Jr.
As President and CEO, Mr. Mohr leads IAL's strategic vision, operational excellence, and customer success initiatives. With more than 30 years of international logistics and leadership experience overseeing operations in complex environments across Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan, he has helped establish IAL as a trusted partner supporting critical government and military missions worldwide.

As Vice President, Administration, Ms. Hogan brings more than 27 years of diverse business experience spanning human resources, operations, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership. At IAL she leverages that diverse experience to lead with a people-first approach, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Chris Derby
With more than 23 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and procurement, Mr. Derby brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results. Throughout a diverse career spanning multiple facets of the logistics industry, he has specialized in optimizing supply chain performance through data-driven analysis, process improvement, and strategic problem-solving.

Joel Safranek
Retired Brig. Gen. Joel Safranek leverages 29 years of military service, including tours at the Pentagon and U.S. Transportation Command, to strengthen IAL's partnership with the U.S. government. Guided by trust, transparency, and teamwork, he fosters collaboration and delivers results for governement clients.

Andy Cargile
With more than 27 years of experience in information technology leadership, Mr. Cargile oversees IAL's technology strategy, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. Prior to joining IAL, he served at Mayo Clinic, where he contributed to the advancement of technology solutions within one of the nation's most respected healthcare organizations.

Megan Montgomery
Ms. Montgomery oversees contract negotiation, administration, and compliance across our organization. She brings more than 25 years of experience in federal contracting and corporate administration, including senior contracts leadership roles supporting government programs. Megan holds a degree in Finance and International Business and is a certified Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance.
